Joint Controllers
The companies ENEF Consulting, s.r.o., ENEF EUROPE, s.r.o., and ENEF Services s.r.o. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Joint Controllers”) process personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)of the European Parliament and of the Council and the applicable national legislation.
To the extent that these companies jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, they act as joint controllers pursuant to Article 26 GDPR.
Joint processing primarily concerns the provision of:
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP / Work-Life Services),
- psychological counselling, including regulated healthcare services in the field of psychology,
- legal, financial, and tax information services,
- methodological management of the program and anonymised reporting to clients within the program.
The website is operated by ENEF Consulting. However, in providing the Employee Assistance Program services, ENEF Consulting, ENEF Europe, and ENEF Services act as joint controllers.
The Joint Controllers have concluded an Article 26 GDPR agreement, transparently allocating responsibilities for fulfilling obligations related to personal data protection.

Subject and Scope of Joint Processing
The Joint Controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data particularly in connection with:
- providing the Employee Assistance Program (EAP),
- ensuring initial contact through a 24-hour telephone service,
- recording and maintaining consultation documentation to the necessary extent,
- referring data subjects to legal, financial, or tax information services via external experts,
- processing documents provided by the data subject when necessary to deliver the service,
- operating, managing, and providing methodological guidance for the program,
- anonymised reporting to clients,
- ensuring the quality, security, and control of the services provided.
Joint processing does not apply to personal data processing that each company performs independently (e.g., its own HR, accounting, or internal administrative agendas).
Allocation of Responsibilities
The Joint Controllers have entered into an agreement under Article 26 GDPR, allocating responsibilities as follows:
- ENEF Consulting ensures the operation of the website and the information systems used in providing the program.
- ENEF Consulting serves as the single contact point for data subjects.
- ENEF Europe and ENEF Services contribute to delivering professional services within the program.
- Each company is responsible for the security of personal data processing within the scope of its activities.
- External psychologists, lawyers, financial and tax advisors act as independent controllers of personal data.
A data subject may exercise their rights with any of the Joint Controllers.

Essence of the Joint Controller Agreement
ENEF Consulting, ENEF Europe, and ENEF Services have concluded an Article 26 GDPR agreement, transparently allocating responsibilities for compliance with personal data protection obligations.
The agreement regulates, in particular:
- designation of a single contact point for data subjects,
- method of fulfilling the information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR,
- cooperation procedures for handling data subject rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR,
- mechanism for mutual cooperation in addressing personal data breaches,
- principles for ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection.
This agreement does not limit the right of a data subject to exercise their rights with any of the Joint Controllers.
Single Contact Point
Regardless of the distribution of responsibilities, the data subject may exercise their rights with any of the Joint Controllers.
