ENEF Group was established in 2013 as a medical facility providing psychological support for employees.
Since then, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary team of experts offering a wide range of services through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our mission is simple: to help people — employees and their families — navigate life’s challenges so they can live more fulfilling personal and professional lives.
Our name reflects our values and approach. We believe there’s rarely just one solution to a problem. Zuzana Podkonická, MS
Managing Director and Professional Guarantor
Zuzana is the founder of the company and the guarantor of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in the Gestalt modality. She has rich and unique experience from her studies and clinical practice in the United States and Slovakia. Zuzana worked in the corporate environment for a long time as a consultant and soft skills trainer while preparing and implementing many employee development programs and managing various companies.

Managing Director and Account Manager
Eva is responsible for the portfolio of foreign clients, business development, and the company’s financial area. She studied at the University of Economics in Vienna. Eva has many years of experience as a manager in a consulting company, having primarily multinational companies from various industries such as telecommunications, automotive, pharmaceuticals, retail, and manufacturing as clients.

Our network consists of more than 60 experts in the Czech Republic and 40 professionals in Slovakia and is continually expanding.
All our internal and external psychologists have successfully completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology and possess several years of experience working with clinical populations. Additionally, our external legal and financial advisors are members of professional institutions and bring many years of expertise to their roles.
