INDIVIDUAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING

  • Mental health counseling and psychotherapy provide a space where you can stop to take a closer look at what's going on in your life, understand why it's happening, how you contribute to it, and what you might try to do differently to make a difference.

  • You may feel that you are not coping and that it’s all too much, but you keep saying to yourself: "I should be able to manage." You’re struggling with feelings of guilt or inadequacy, and it is difficult for you to ask for help. Or maybe you have everything you need, and everything works, and yet you don't feel well. You constantly feel empty or dissatisfied. You don't understand what's going on. You say, "I have a good job, I make good money, I have a good partner and healthy children. So why am I unhappy?"

  • There are also situations in life that are challenging, and it takes all our skills to deal with them, may it be the loss of a loved one, a job or something important in your life. Difficult situations include divorce, separation, a new job or promotion, a wedding, a change of environment, conflicts at work or at home, serious illness, whether one's own or a dear one’s. Coping with these situations can be exhausting, and we often forget to recharge our own inner energy. So how to recharge during or after such a difficult period? Do we even realize what we've been through and how high we have set the bar for ourselves? How far do we have to go to allow ourselves to rest and regain strength? What drives us there?
