It is the mission of ENEF Consulting to help people, employees and their families to address and deal with the problems and challenges preventing them from fully enjoying their private and professional lives. The name ENEF embodies the two main principles of our approach to clients, businesses and problem-solving.
The first principle is iNtuition – the ability to consider several possible solutions to a problem, so that we can adapt creatively and effectively to every situation. The second is Feeling – we approach our clients with empathy, cooperation and support.
The Company has been gradually developing since 2013 and at present brings together a team of experts providing a wide range of services to support employees through the comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees can turn to us not only with psychological problems but also with legal, financial and other practical issues.
The Company also operates in the Czech Republic from September 2022.
We are the only health care provider facility offering EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
Professional services are guaranteed through legal regulation of health care providers, such as supervision by the Health Care Surveillance Authority.
We are a member of the Employee Assistance European Forum (IAEF) and the European Assistance Professional Association (EAPA).
Continuing education and service innovation under the patronage of one of the largest organizations in Europe and worldwide dealing with EAP issues.
We act as local partner for the world’s largest EAP service providers ICAS and Chestnut Global Partners. We also work with LifeWorks and Workplace Options.
The long-term experience of a local service provider for the world’s largest EAP companies is a guarantee of quality and expertise (regular customer satisfaction reviews, regular quality control through audits performed by global providers, setting up processes and control mechanisms, anonymity checks, etc.).

Partner
Zuzana is the founder of Enef Consulting s.r.o. and supervisor of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). A clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in Gestalt modality, she has rich and unique experience from her studies and clinical practice in the United States and Slovakia. For many years, she has been working in the corporate environment as a consultant and soft skills trainer and participated in preparing and implementing many development programs for employees and management of various companies.

Eva is responsible for international clients porftoflio, business development and financials of the company. She studied at the University of Vienna University of economics and business. She has been working at an advisory company as audit manager, her clients’ portfolio comprised predominantly international clients from various industries, such as telecommunication, automotive, pharmacy, retail, production.
